loose money and gems

i finish a goal and collect 3 gems.
A little bit later, I see that I have 1 gem.
iDont know when en why the gems are gone.
Oke, I play further and...
i like to upgrade a habitat.
I am sure i have more then 3700 coins.
I am going to look whitch habitat i will upgrade.
I took the choise and... Have not enough coins.
My coins are stil 3100.

This is the third time that I think that i loose coins.
Anyone wth the same problrms?
