Still can't craft sapphire dragon or nether dust :(

I have the valentines day app so everything is pink and horrid... I've got nether dust recently from trading a laserlight but can't do anything with it as I still don't have the option to craft a sapphire dragon or nether dust and I'm on iOS...

We're still fine tuning the Sapphire Dragon recipe. It's not available for all iOS users at this time.

What's wrong with pink?! D:
