Seriously!!!!!!!!! Everything in this game costs gold. We finally get an update with some new decor and it all costs gold! This game is really starting to get to the point where it's not worth it to even play. You can only receive 3 gifts from neighbors a day for gold and that's the only way you can get gold unless you buy it or there are goals, you don't get any for leveling up or leveling up dragons. At least in the other games we get gems for mastering recipes or clothing. The dragons cost so much for gold and some of them seem totally impossible to even breed.

Really TL, seriously, do you ever listen to what your consumers want? This is an awesome concept for a game and I love it but I'm not going to spend that much money to decorate my island and definitely not going to spend that kind of money to purchase the dragons I don't have. Think about more people would be more apt to play this game and spend money on it if the stuff within the game was actually cheaper! Expansions take so long to achieve because you have to wait forever to get enough maps from neighbors to expand then you have to wait days for the expansion and then you have to wait again and pay a ton of coins to removed the stuff that was under the expansion.

I'm just getting tired of playing this game, its just a waiting game that can get very expensive very quick. You know you have to wait for the dragons to breed, then wait to hatch (because if there is an egg you don't want you still have to wait for it or pay GOLD to speed it up), it's just getting to that point. Then you finally release an update with some decor and EVERY SINGLE ITEM costs GOLD!!!!!

I understand your frustration ...I actually just lost about 500 gold i had saved up on the recent valentines and ceasar glitches.... however the prices to speed up dragons is not that bad...and all the new decor is pretty fair priced in my opinion...however I am comparing those prices to the recent options for the Glorious Grove and Big Lava special habitats which I do think are very overpriced at a whopping 500 gold...I think all the valentines stuff is pretty ok on price not too ridiculous. ..except those darn rose bushes....you cant just have one bush!! At 30 gold per bush I feel it is really the only valentines item that is grossly overpriced.... I will not be getting rose bushes....but I have splurged a lttle had to have that kissing statue and the castle ^o^

I really don't want to complain since android has finally gotten an update after waiting for so long, and I'm happy about that really. But gold for ALL the new decorations? What exactly are we accumulating all those coins for? Just to see the numbers jump and feel a false sense of being 'rich'?

I wouldn't mind if just 1 or 2 of the more fancy looking ones go for gold as 'premium' items but having all of them costing gold is too much in my opinion, people are already spending gold speeding up stuff left and right, I think we really should be able to beautify our islands with just coins.

All the new decorations being purchased with gold is very disappointing. We get an unreasonable small amount of gold and can do little about it. Gifting to just 3 neighbors a day is ridiculous. Someone should do a poll to see just how many DS players really get much gold in a day. I don't and certainly not as many as 20! I've never received half that much in a day. LOL Pricing decor out of the reach of most all players is ... well, it's not a good move in my opinion.

But what about when all ur dragons are alr epic? All the dragons I have at this point are alr epic, except one dream and that is because I prefer its baby form. I'm sure there are plenty of players in the same situation as me, for now I'm planting and accumulating food just for the sake of spending some of my coins, but it's really pretty pointless.

Yes passion is a new element that has a purple/pink heart but don't let those colors confuse you. You have to breed red/blue to retrieve the leftand right heart dragons to create the single element passion dragon. It's the first single element dragon created from it's hybrids

I absolutely agree with you! I spend a great deal of time playing this game since I am on disability and I'm unable to work. I've been patient and I've built myself up to level 67. I have nearly 500 neighbors who do give gold but there is NO WAY to buy all this new decor with the 10-12 bars I might get per day as gifts. This doesn't take into account using gold for speeding up dragon breedings, hatchings or evolutions. That's really all I use it for. Now that I am at a decent level and have some rare and super rare dragons, I can generate a decent amount of coins during a given day. Why can't we use the coins to purchase these decorations? Even more importantly, WHY CAN'T WE USE THE COINS TO PURCHASE LARGER HABITATS? Decorations I can do without, but when I spend time and sometimes "real" money to breed a dragon, I shouldn't then have to spend gold or more "real" money to have a place to put them. What was once a fun game has become nothing more than a way to milk money out of us. I'm on a very fixed income and I can't afford to spend real money to play this game. As with every other form of entertainment, the costs have become so prohibitive I'll go back to borrowing books from the local library and reading for entertainment. It's about all I can afford! TL, please be more reasonable with the costs of this game and make it possible for people like me to continue to play!

I totally agree with this too! I won't evolve my new dragons because I'd have to clear the habitat every 10 minutes! Sometimes I wonder what the creators of this game are thinking...and with the ridiculous cap of 35 habitats I can't get another passion pit or I won't have enough to breed any diamond hybrids. I had to delete the Valentine edition from my iphone. 1....I have limited space and couldn't keep both editions. 2....the color quite literally gave me a headache! Does this mean I will have to download the Valentine edition AGAIN to be able to get Cupid and Rose dragons?! That doesn't seem right. I simply can NOT play on that pink color! I had to dim my phone to the point where I could barely see it, played long enough to get the heart trio and then gladly deleted it. If it is all now on my original DS, why can't we just get the update on that? Let those players who enjoy the pink play the Valentine edition and those of us who have limiting health conditions play on the regular DS game!

The caretaker cabin cost gems before but they made it craftable. The portal was part of a goal until they released it for coins. Personally, id save my gems for hatching speed ups instead of buying for decor. Those can wait,since i still have 12 dragons left

I really feel that its waste to have extra spell shop, instead I prefer to have extra breeding den and temple. it take lot of time to evolve a dragon I still have around 20 dragons to evolve, and for gems we need the dragons to be at level 4. I don't mind spending gold on extra den and temple. Hope in next update we can get extra.

In my iPhone 5&mini iPad. The dragon story The dragons eat too much than my friend 's iPhone 4 . The same game why different , just because the different phone or system ? For example : the same level 9 my dragons eat 2000 once my friend only 1000. It cost too much coins and waste too many time . My friend feed 2 dragons I just feed 1dragon . I'd still like to know if I will need to download the Valentine version again to be able to try to breed Cupid and Rose dragons. I honestly can NOT use that pink version. I have a disability and that pink was nearly impossible to play on. As soon as I realized I could get the heart trio on the regular DS I deleted the Valentine edition. PLEASE, let me know if I have to attempt to stomach the Valentine Edition. If so, I might just forget the new ones.

I'd still like to know if I will need to download the Valentine version again to be able to try to breed Cupid and Rose dragons. I honestly can NOT use that pink version. I have a disability and that pink was nearly impossible to play on. As soon as I realized I could get the heart trio on the regular DS I deleted the Valentine edition. PLEASE, let me know if I have to attempt to stomach the Valentine Edition. If so, I might just forget the new ones.

Maybe you can just hop on the Valentine edition to breed the dragons and then play on the regular edition which is not pink. Just check on the breeding for a few seconds and then get off that version.

Yes, they ALL are rotatable and can be put into storage. They look fantastic! Buy them. Especially since I'm sure they'll be removed after Vday, although I haven't read that... Does anybody know if the new decor is limited?

In my iPhone 5&mini iPad. The dragon story The dragons eat too much than my friend 's iPhone 4 . The same game why different , just because the different phone or system ? For example : the same level 9 my dragons eat 2000 once my friend only 1000. It cost too much coins and waste too many time . My friend feed 2 dragons I just feed 1dragon . I cannot catch up ,any players got the same problem like . GM please tell me why ???

My iPhone 4 and iPad 2 are both different versions. It is slower process on the phone because I evolve at lvl 3 instead of 6, so my dragons just stack up as babies waiting to be evolved, to then be traded most of the time. However, I don't really mind as I only play the iPhone in my spare time on the go... The iPad I play often so it would be annoying if it were that way. Luckily on that version they evolve at lvl 6. I haven't noticed a [I]feeding amount[I] difference. Either way, no need to rush your game just to catch up. Take your time and enjoy the games slow progression, you'll be caught up before you realize it:)

I've bred me realize charms than I bothered to count, a few magics and 2 planets (which I didn't have so nice to see them at least). Gave up on just red and purple combos for now. Tried Aurora and fire.. didn't work. However, I did luck out with a 3 hour fail time rather 16. I had a moment of weakness and bought some gold over the weekend. Thankfully I learned my lesson during Halloween, rather than blowing a few hundred gold for failed breeding attempts I bought some of the new decorations with some of it. The rest I'm rationing!

To get Cupid, I thought you breed left & right heart. I've been trying for days tho with no luck. I just keep getting charm or right or left heart constantly. I'm on my last try and then I'm done with this game. How can you have fun playing when you can't complete a goal after days and days of trying. Way too frustrating for me to continue. Also, knew nothing about the Cupid contest until 2 days before it was over. The popup didn't start showing up until then. You can try Titan and Planet if you have them, Titan and Fire, Planet and Magic, Crusader and Anubis ..

I was not a big fan of Titan's looks either until I saw it's third (I think it's third) stage live and that dude just cracks me up. :D The way it trots around seems to be an infinite source of laughs for me. I wish I get a Titan soon on my island too.

You can receive more than 3 gold each day, actually 20 each day. You can gift gold to three neighbors.

This morning when I went into the game I had 3 ppl that sent me gold. I could only collect 2 out of the 3, but it did let me gift 3. I never am able to get any more than 2 a day. So how can we get up to 20???????
