Where is magic garden

I've expanded the first few basic squares and can do more but I read in a post to get the magic garden before the less expensive ones but I don't know where it is. I will also need more royal points and am so out of room already for building royal buildings. He else do you get those points?

If you're able to do an expansion with less royal points to get more space do so. You can sell buildings like towers to make way for more advanced buildings. You can also store buildings like farms to make some space.
