These crystals are related to knowledge shards. They are found:
- at ponds and wells (after getting the 1st shard),
- by ****ing monsters (after getting the 2nd shard) or
- harvesting crops (after getting the 3rd shard).
It has been said that Sir Piggy drops it too, but it is unknown if it is related to shards.
