Storm ID Transfer

I transfered storm id usimg UDID codes from iphone to play on ipad but now its unable to connect.

I have tried restarting the ipad reinstalling but still no joy.

Contacted support but nothing yet. Any ideas please

Which Ipad do you have? Have you updated the ipad to the most current IOS version?

Also if on wifi, go to setting and turn off wifi and then turn it back on.

If you are talking about the Device Version, you should always try and keep your device updated with the most current version available.

i think the problem is solved...
it doesn't take too long, just about 3 -5 hours to transfer

There is a way using a storm8 game not a team lava game. It worked great for me. Look in the bugs and feedback forum
