Missing Telephone Profile icons

When I go to a neighbor or community member restaurant, the telephone and camera icons are missing at the top now. They disappeared a few days ago. I usually use the telephone icon to move between neighbors, but now I have to click on Main and then Social to do this - which takes a lot longer when you have a lot of neighbors to click through and tip. I can see the camera and telephone icons from my own restaurant but not when I visit other restaurants. Can they be added back? I'm on the valentine's day version 1.5.5.4. I'm using the Galaxy Ace 2.

This is on the Android Valentine's version and was reported to TL in the Valentines version bugs thread. No feedback from TL yet or even if it was reported to the developers. The valentines version also has a problem deleting neighbor requests. So I use the regular version since it doesn't have as many bugs.
