Pink Racks Pre Buy Fulfillment?

If I already had purchased pink racks, when I get the goal that says I need to purchase pink racks, will I need to buy more or will it be fulfilled already??

If it says "Buy" then you need to buy more.

If it says "Have" then it'll count what you already bought.

The status should also show if you have to buy or not.
