What's the best source of prime cuts?

I'm maxed on truffles.....Sir Piggie loves to give me truffles, but no Feed the Baron yet!
Wondering if I need more prime cuts to trigger it....

Black sheep drop them almost all the time (for me it has always dropped them, but other players report a 99%drop). You can collect every 4 hours.
Royal cow drops them less often (aprox. a 75% rate) but you can collect every hour.
