Game Glitching

Hi, I wasn't sure what to do about this cause I won't sign into the game using facebook, so I hope it's ok that I'm posting this here.
But I have a problem.
I have won level 47 three times now (and used gems once) but every time I win it gets to the next screen, then closes. And when I go back into the game it says I haven't completed it, but I'm missing any gems I used.
It's happened on a few other levels before but usually the second time I win the level it goes through, but for some reason it's not now.
Can anyone help me at all?

Have you tried restarting your game or uninstalling/reinstalling the game on your device?

Hi BadCobra, thanks for replying!
I force close all of my apps every night and I just uninstalled and re-installed this game but it says I still need to complete level 47 and have 55 gems. Guess I've just gotta try to win the level heaps more times for it to eventually register
