Food disappeared

I finished making five batches of beef chow mein, moved it to my counters, and then my game crashed. When I reloaded, there was no food on my counters or stoves. How can I get my money back?

This seems to happen often when your connection to the server is bad as well. I often click the food to finish preparing, then my game re-syncs with the server and the food I just spent 2 days preparing is gone.

Ive had this exact problem before. I visited a neighbor and when I came back. Poof. It was gone
