Playing same game on 2 devices; Bakery Story

I currently play this game on my IPad and would like to play where I left off on my IPhone. Is that possible?? When I downloaded the game to the phone it wanted me to start a new game. I would like to be able to carry forward the same level, coin etc.... continue on the same game. Can we?:confused:

You can transfer the game to your iPad BUT I'm pretty sure I read you can't play the same game on two devices. You will have to choose which one you want your original game to be on.
