Forgive me if this has been asked, I searched for the answer but couldn't find it. I defeated the Troll King, now what? I can't expand anywhere else interesting... am I done until an update?

Defeating the troll king doesn't unlock anymore quests. ID suggest stockpiling in anticipation of the update.
