The Goal for friend invite and visits

Twice I've gotten the pop up for me to invite new friends and visit 40 kingdoms. I spent over an hour visiting kingdoms and the second pop up still says zero. I invited several friends and that didn't change either. When I went to invite friends after I finished I couldn't find a way to see the pop up so I could tell how many more I needed. Also how does the wall work for messages. I can post on other players wall but how would I know if they posted on mine since there isn't a wall icon on my home page.

Options to get to your wall:

* Click on menu, then overview
* Click on the noticification scroll, click the back button, click on overview
* Click on your level number then change the tab to wall
