lost progress

I restored my device (Android Nexus 7) and there is no option to log in with my storm8 id.
The only option i have is to create a new id,
So now i have to start from level 1 in all team lava games i was playing.
Please is there a option to log in with my old id?

If you are on the same device, try uninstalling and reinstalling again.
If still on level 1, send an email to support@teamlava.com for assistance .

Reinstalling didn't do the trick.
Send a email today but fixed it myself true another game (livepets) where i had the option to transfer and could log in with my storm 8 Id.
