if I change new phone how to get my data continue to the new phone?

If I'm going to change new phone, how do I tranfer data from old phone to new phone? Or is there account to register and get back my level and all? I'm afraid new phone will have to start from level one with I'm now level 30+. Don't wish start all over again. Any one please help me solve..thanks:(
