buying gems failed

I just bought gems in restaurant story but i didn't get any gems. I got the message that the purchase failed. I tried 3 times with the same message. And now i got 3 order receipts that i did buy the gems...

Who am I supposed to contact? Am I not getting my gems? Can an admin or anyone please tell me what to do now.

you can contact a mod or email support@teamlava.com with a copy of your receipts. They SHOULD be able to help you, but if not, contact iTunes or credit card to sort this out. You SHOULD get a refund.
