Help please! I need constructibles for the following, hope someone can help me :(

Winter Oven - 4 x Ice Flake Gear, 7 x Ice Flake Knob
Treat Dispenser - 2 x Blue Motor, 2 x Nozzle
Big Apple Oven - 1 x Heating Coil, 7 x Gear

I have asked my neighbours for these parts and everyone has been giving, I just need some more please.

Only your neighbors are able to gift parts and you have a maximum of 20 gifts per day; you can also send material requests to your neighbors as well.

Is there a max on request and do they count towards your 20 gifts?

you can receive 20 requests + 20 gifts per day.
you can send out unlimited requests but doing so can slow u down because old requests may fill up the daily limit when you need new parts already.
