Sapphire update

Did the sapphire update come out? I still don't have it. I use an ipad2.

I don't believe it has had its full IOS release yet. Possibly today around 2 pm with the other update. I am not positive though as I do have the sapphire dragon available to me-just haven't crafted yet.
