Level 65...UGH!

A I the only one stuck here? I can't seem to get beyond 10 rows deep and its been about a week! Any advise?

I got it in one try, and no doubt luck always plays a role.. Make as many matches at the line of bricks as possible. Make as many blast jewels as possible. Never let a doom jewel get below 5. And if you get two blast jewels next to one another, swap them immediately. I got lucky with a diamond and a blast jewel next to one another.

I just cannot dig any further than 17 on level 65, need to dig 20.
Any tips?

Ignore doom jewels if its counter still more than 3. :D
Because they may match accidentally or the screen goes down (while on screen only remain 1 row to dig)

I'm stuck here too. The lowest I've gotten is 18, only to then run out of gems. I'm now trying to figure out how to get more gold to buy the boost that neutralizes the doom gems. Anyone figure out how to get gold on this game? Other than pay real money...

So if you put one of those flashy needs 5 in a line things across a dreaded blast jewel things get better?
They don't seem much use for much else.
I'm with irishmeagan, it"s putting me off a great game.

I got 2 rows next to the goal and then ended up spending my last 20 moves on all these doom jewels that kept getting too close to exploding...
I havent been able to get past row 10 now, so I mustve been really lucky. ><

I know when I got close to the goal I was getting a super ton of those blast gems though! like 3 every row XD

Did you figure this out? You're talking about level 9 in the 2nd island, Starboard Oak, right? You just touch the glass breaking power up, then start the level. Then you have to touch the "use" powerup & touch where they tell you. It breaks the glass and you go on to play regularly...
