Wisp Lantern and Earth Wisp missing Twice!!!!!

My Iphone is IOS 6.0.2.

My ID is "rcpanda" and in level 23.

However, I am crafting the "Wisp Lantern" TWICE for 4 hours and Earth Wisp TWICE for 2 hours, but it did not show in my inventory but the RAW MATERIALS were USED.

It is also happens to me for King House. The materials that I collected were GONE!!!!!

I feel it's wasting my time to play this game if this bug can't be fix!!! I always losing some materials and wasting time for crafting!!!

I am having the same issue with building my kitchen! I have lost all my raw materials twice and I still have no kitchen! I had to buy a rock outcropping to try to replace the lost raw materials. Wasting my time and coins!
