Ordering issues

I cannot order anything. I have empty tables and racks. Also I get a green clock icon over a avatar. Please help

It tells me I have nothing to sell but when I open the catalogue to order I tap on a item and nothing happens. Help!!!!

The green clock icon over a customer means they are waiting for some stock to come out (eg. Clothes, accessories etc.) You lose a heart (an icon to tell you when a customer is happy) and that makes you lose money, every time the customers leave with that green clock icon. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? (When you uninstall TeamLava games, the progress stays the same, so don't worry). Or shutting down your device for a few minutes? It probably should after you try those options. Hope this helps ^_^

I have this sometimes. Turn off your device & turn back on, it should be ok x
