Glitch, game frozen

Anyone else's have this problem or has solved it?
I was in design to get wall decorations for the restaurant and then it glitched and at first food was still cooking but there was no hostess or people and the food would also go but without making money now its just frozen I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it I have restarted my phone I just don't know what's wrong I can do everything except work in my restaurant

I'm having the same problem, no hostess and no customers, so I have like 50,000 plates of food and no one coming in to eat??? What's the deal how do I fix this????

Make sure nothing is blocking your door.
If you placed the welcome mat in front of the door, move it, this mat blocks the door and customers cannot enter.
