Love dragon help

I read once about someone getting a diamond dragon after evolving their love dragon to lvl 10 and there being a mssg popping up saying something about its hormone things being released or something like that.. And then the next breeding they got the 44 hour waiting time.
Can ANYONE verify this for me?
And if so.. Can you tell me if there is a way to trigger it?
