2 vs 1 goal

For the 2 vs 1 goal, I have to ask a neighbor to be my baking assistant. Does this mean my assistant will have to bake what I need in order to achieve the next goal? Does anyone know?

No. Your neighbor doesn't need to bake anything.

When you request an item (or part) from your neighbor they get a notice in their News Feed saying " "YourBakeryName" need you to send a baking assistant". They have the option to Accept or Decline. Once they accept you complete the goal. The "baking assistant" does NOT show in your gifts. It just shows that the goal is completed
