Now that Christmas and New Year are over with, do we to continue using Bakery Story Christmas until some other addition comes out or go back to the original (older) edition?

Yes, because we must continue mastering 2012 Christmas recipes, with 2011 seasonal recipes.

The 2011 Christmas recipes are back in regular version!
I agree if u need to master 2012 Christmas recipes then KEEP CHRISTMAS BAKERY! if you've mastered them all then revert back to regular Bakery as its version is more up to date than Christmas, but u wnt b able to get any Christmas content (recipe, decor, holiday box)!

I am on level 27 & I have a goal called "Wait it Out". This goal requires u 2 bake 12 banana bread but at the bottom of the goal it says " The trick is to use extra bananas!" What does that mean & how do u use extra bananas when baking the bread? The bread takes 16 hrs to cook!

I think it's just for fun. All u have to do is bake the banana bread.

I'm still using the Christmas version because it runs faster as far as the cookbook scrolling & tip collecting, as opposed to the regular version

The regular version was updated to do that too. I believe it is now the most recent version.
