Evolving Dragons reverting to prior level!

I have a problem with my game. I can evolve a dragon from level 3 to level 4 go back to the game the next day and the ones I just evolved are back to the previous stage. First this happened just a couple times now this week it has happened about 5 times. My higher level dragons are doing this too, seems this started when the craft shops were introduced. I have removed the game and redownloaded from itunes, turned off phone completely, still happened today.

Help please :confused:
Can this be corrected here or do i need to report to CS? Thanks.
