How frequent do new goals come out?

I just finished the goal The Final Foe, will I get any more goals anytime soon, or are those Winter Goals and I'm done with goals until Spring Goals? (This is excluding the Fashion Story Goal).

Sometimes when you do not complete goals, it can prevent you from seeing new goals that come into the games.
This applies to the start up or permanent goals.

For seasonal goals, you do not have to complete them to see future goals, because once the seasonal goals expire, they are removed from your game.

New goals usually come out around holidays but no guarantee that we will see goals every holiday.
