Gems not updating

When I earn new gems they are not updating

Please try force closing your game. If this does not help please try reinstalling the game and also restarting your device.

I have force closed my iPad and deleted and reinstalled the game. Will have to earn some gems to see if they will post. The prior ones I earned did not show back up.

For the loss of gems, send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can check your game.

Thanks, I emailed them and they said they turned it over to engineering. But I am not going to continue to play and not get my gems.
