Hi does anyone know how many neighbours I need to expand once I reach level 75 please ?

Level 75 requires 55 neighbors.

That's the last expansion - 24 X 24

After that, you need neighbors only for watering, giving and receiving gifts, and asking for building supplies. And friendship, of course.
