why are goal items showing up when i was never given the goal? not cool

I was looking at the floor decorations in bakery story, (same in restaurant story) and it shows goal items from this past Christmas. I never got these goals per teamlavas wishes, but now they want to rub it in our faces.... hey not buying gems till I see some version equality, oh ya thanks for the new goals that make you spend more coins then you'll get off them, should have left the Amazon version the same since I have parts I cant build with and was requested to help with goals I didn't have, before I wouldn't have been given parts or received requests from goals.

Easy there either limited time only goals or there being locked for further notice. For example someone wants to complete a goal for the gingerbread cake recipe but then he/she realized it was 2011 that had the goal. It's the same with valentines day too. :(
