New Ipad, how do I transfer my island to my new iPad

Last week a accidentally smashed my iPad, now I've got a new one. But when I installed Dragon Story again with the same apple ID the game just started as new. How can I get my 'old' island back?

Please help, took me quite some time to evolve my dragon island.
