How Can I move my Dragon Story New Dawn game to another Android Device?

The title says it. I got into playing Dragon Story new Dawn in a froyo android tablet with poor screen and resolution. I have gotten a bit far. If I buy a bigger one with better quality screens to enjoy the game more, can I transfer my existing game to the new tablet?
