These are goal requests. You just tap them back in the same place as the request. If you have goals you will be making your own requests also.

theres clipboard symbol in upper left corner when some goals are available for you.. tap there

How do I retrieve stuff from storage ?????

just like buy them but u get them for free. they are marked red in the corner and have a number on them how many you have stored.
u still have to browse that list to findthem...

if u add a new item to the storage (that is not on sale) it may not show up until u restart the game.

always hit the ACCEPT bubble when someone is requesting something.
always.
it doesn't cost you anything to accept.
never press decline.
