I spent loads of money on gems around Xmas & new years, and the last gem pack I purchased I got a pop up from iTunes telling me to contact them to make the transaction. Well, I was charged anyways for 105 gems, yet never received them. So I contact TL and I'm told I indeed received the gems (even though I couldn't make the transaction..) and I'm just blown away at how bad they treat their customers. I've given proof of receipts, I've explained my situation several times, but nope, they think I've made it all up and refuse to refund me or just give me the gems I was charged for. Does TL not realize treating their customers like this only makes them LOSE paying customers? Because that drew the line for me.

You should hang around more often in this forum. You're not the only one with this kind of problem and there's usually no satisfying solution for customers. I've learned the lesson, So no matter How much I love this game, I always remind me of what could happen if I make purchasing with TL.

just file the complaint with itunes they should refund you
