Transfer of account

Does anyone know how can we transfer our account from old gadget to the new one? I really need help thank you

You may be able to transfer yourself using a storm8 game. This is for any combo of android or iOS devices. Or you can transfer using both UUIDs if iOS. Or you can have support@teamlava.com transfer for you.
