I am very upset with a transferring account...
I asked Jan, 1st, to transfer my account to my new device..
but it hasn't been transferred yet...
and no email reply after I answering about my account..
because of the delay, I dropped my goals.. so I missed my Gem reward..:mad:

my friend's account was transferred within 1days but mine is still no change..
please transfer my account qiucky..
and I want my goal reward back..

It can take 3-5 business days for an agent to respond to your ticket. January 1 was a holiday and I am am sure support
is still playing catch up from the long Holiday and the weekend.
