In game message notices?

I keep getting notices in game about messages on my profile, but I can't find any messages anywhere. Is there somewhere else to look or is this a glitch?

Now I really need help, I've already checked on the Help/FAQ. I do have set the password and do have the ID but can't find the message anywhere. I do got notifications that I have messages on my profile but don't know where and how to look/find them. Please, help
