How to transfer my account dragon story in my new phone?

Hi everybody!

Sorry for my english, it's not very good... anyway!
I've got a big problem. Yesterday I've buy a new iPhone but when I've start the game Dragon Story ALL my game was... lost! It begin with the red dragon and blablabla. But in fact I'm level 83, I've so many dragons and I don't want to loose all my achievements!

What can I do? I've got my ID but when I connect my team-lava account nothing happens :(

I'm really disappointed, somebody can help me please?
