How many batches to cook, before mastering?

Can someone help me -I am unable to find the thread that shows how many batches to cook, before you reach level 1 for coins, level 2 for the gem, level 3 for coins, and level 4 for the gem and mastering...

I looked everywhere...

8, 15, 20, and 40 for a total of 83 to master.
