Transferred UDID and cannot play on old device

Hi everyone. I recently gave an iPhone to my sister who was playing dragon story on my phone. So I done the transfer and she got her account fine but now when ever she tries to go on the game on my phone to send bricks to herself it says no Internet connection, this is untrue because I am sat next to my router and have reinstalled the app several times. Any feedback appreciated :)

Hi sweetie, sometimes that happens to me too! But I redownload the game and it is fine. I had that happen to me like 2 times in 4 years, so it is very rare
