Problems with bakery story

The game is telling me that there is nobody in the community list on the server, can't complete quests requiring visiting community members, going to need help figuring out why!:mad:

Have you tried the normal restarting/reinstalling? What device are you on?

I had 22 gems this morning and now in the evening it says I only have 2! This is the second time that happened. I am getting pissed. They will never fix this bug because this is where they make real money.
