Did you harvest one pepper, even though you are maxed?
There used to be an issue about this, but as stated on the thread maguar directed you to (http://forums.teamlava.com/showthread.php?38234-Ivy-s-hot-sauce), it was fixed two months ago:


Have you installed the latest update? When I did I was able to get the goal even though I was maxed
