These Are The Goals For The Winter Update、Stay Tune
Note : The vegetative goals is not part of these winter goals.


Edit 1-7-2013: small change with the goals:


If you have not completed the "Snowed In" Goal, you may notice that the "Keeping Busy" Goal may have disappeared. You now are required to complete "Snowed In" (to unlock Snow Counters) and then you will be able to see the "Keeping Busy" Goal.


If you have any issues with any other Goals within this chain, please try force-closing your app and restarting to see if that resolves the issue.




Once you complete Stormy Weather, you will receive 4 additional Goals in succession (Refuge -> Frosty Furniture -> Wait It Out -> Snowed In). The last Goal in that chain will unlock Snowy Counter so you can complete the Keeping Busy Goal.

I also have android and started with only two goals, but when I finished the red velvet cake goal a new goal appeared. I'm hoping we still have the same goals as everyone else and that they just show up differently.

Ignore the winter counters goal for now. Visit this post in this thread (http://forums.teamlava.com/showthread.php?43607-Winter-Goals-2013&p=505340&viewfull=1#post505340)...complete all of the goals listed in the order they appear. Once you finish the goal of Wait It Out, the counters will unlock and you'll be able to complete the counter goal and continue on to unlock the oven also.

I'm on level 75 with 18 appliances but it tells me I can't have any more even when I level up? It looks like you have twice as many as that! Did you unlock it by paying gems?

The maximum number of ovens is 18. After that you have to use gems.

I'm on the Howdy Neighbors goal and I find it impossible to finish if I don't pay 4 gems.

You see, my invites are full and can't add anyone else unless they add me. I got past the other goals involving adding neighbors fine if I ask them to add me, but now I can't! I've accepted two neighbors and it still reads 0/2. What's up with that? Didn't you think about accounts with full invites first? I mean it wasn't our fault that we can't delete our past invites for players who gave up on the game already.

Please do something about it because it's not worth my 4 gems!

First try force closing the app and then opening again, this should fix it but if it doesn't, delete the app and reinstall your bakery will not be lost, if this still doesn't work (very very unlikely) wait a wile and then email support@teamlava.com

You may want to try uninstall/reinstall. They showed up for me, but I was not credited for 1 and had to buy an extra, so now I have 5. They are kind of ugly to me.

The winter wonder oven is the pink oven with snowflakes and a bow on it, this oven has a high probability of being removed.

HOWEVER, the winter oven is new and is necessary for completing these new set of goals, Keeping Busy, etc.

Any word on the big cleanup deadline extension yet? I saw a "rate it" pop-up in the last 2 days. They could let people know through that system. Not sure why I never got the notice if I can get 5 of those in a row (much to my dismay).

The previous goal unlock the counters AND give one for free. This first counter doesn't count for the next goal, when you have to BUY four. That's the reason why only 3 are counted when you place four of them. Sorry for the mistakes, English isn't my first language...

If you have not completed the "Snowed In" Goal, you may notice that the "Keeping Busy" Goal may have disappeared. You now are required to complete "Snowed In" (to unlock Snow Counters) and then you will be able to see the "Keeping Busy" Goal.

If you have any issues with any other Goals within this chain, please try force-closing your app and restarting to see if that resolves the issue.

You started off with one free counter. You really only bought 3 counters. If you buy one more, your 4th counter, you can start to bake your macaroons.

I'm still baking the 50 winter cakes. Its likely we'll have to bake the last recipe. And its likely we'll just get coins and XPs for completing it like the others.

Unfortunately, if you have, say, a kindle fire (which I do) you might have only *just* today gotten the goals, and not have access to the christmas version (which appears to be the only one in which they are available) since it wasn't ever released to us.
This is quite frustrating as I'd rather like access to the winter oven, but I can't even start the goal chain with the recipes removed.

Then again I don't remember requesting the ice flake gear.. I just had a lot of snow flake gear from my neighbours and I think (am not sure) that that used to work. Will there be a special goal prize after completing all of these, or just additional xp and coins? Was wondering if we could all stop after getting the oven since baking so many cakes/cookies is not profitable for the small amount of xp and coins given at the end of each goal.

I personally am not doing those after oven goals. I'm baking to master and call it a day. In the end goal wise, you'd spend more on baking than you'd be given in reward.

I've got 4 winter oven & don't plan to buy anymore...@ $60,000 a pop, its outrageous & I think 4 ovens are plenty. Plus we have 26 more days to complete the goal...I'm sure that's plenty enough time to complete the goals with 4 ovens.

I think we need a new phrase. These "goals" are "COIN TRAPS". So were the hallowen goals, so are the "contests". How many more "coin trap" events are they going to have before everyone is BROKE? They KNOW we don't have any coins !!!

this Winter oven bs is the worse. they lowered the total profit margin. total net profit is 532,860. i would normally build 10 and rush to mastery. (but thats my problem bcoz i chose 10) For Winter oven 8 is maximum and total net profit would be around 50k+. and thats the LONG term profit...

So the winter goals weren't completely worthless...the Winter Oven can be swapped out for any other appliance, thus giving me 1 additional that I didn't have before. Not bad Team Lava. However, I'm not going to use the Winter Oven to bake 150 batches of Winter treats.

You can have more than one of these ovens on your floor at a time. It just depends how well your neighbors are at gifting you materials for said oven, as well as accepting your material requests. That may take a while, which would indeed take time away from cooking something else.

That would be ridiculous if that were to happen, especially if it were true but users were not warned beforehand. If that were to happen, I would not see the necessity of building anymore constructables if they will indiscriminately take food away from appliances.

I am not going fast enough. I was just starting at level 5 or so when the contest began so did not have the ovens and such to get a fast enough start.

I will run out of time, because I am still waiting for neighbors to give us a push.
Saving $$ for the snowy counters really slowed me down. I did not want ugly decorations but really wanted certain ones. So spending all those coins was short-term disruptive, but long-term I get the decor that I want.

Well, I'll get the cute oven to make cute treats, but there won't be a grand finish for me.:eek:

Yes. It will be available for purchase even if you have completing the goals. I bought 8 of them. XD I just completed all the goals few days back.

it didn't give me an extra appliance slot btw.. i was maxed out and then an arrow appeared to buy it but the picture was saying that i'm maxed out and there was no oven picture and couldn't buy.. so had to store 1 oven to buy... maybe extra slot is an apple bug

Like Nikki said above you can store ovens and buy new ones...... But I only bought 2 of those oven because the only good about the goal is to unlock the counters and oven .... Then you can master the recipes on your own pace

Just found this forum...lots of great info...who knew brownies were so hated lol. Anyway, been playing for a week, feels like non stop. Have had made many bad choices with little info to go on. That leads me to my problem, the Winter Oven goal...bought 4 ovens and was waiting for further instruction to request parts...didn't know about the manage box until late last night. Now I have received my max parts, not enough to build and goal ends today. Does that mean I can not go on to finish the rest of the goals. Second question...whether I finish the winter goals or not, how do the Valentine Goals start? Thanks so much for all the useful advice... wish I would have read this FIRST lol.
