I dont know how to transfer my old account to a new device

i tried to read another thread before i post this, but it give me a link it can transfer acount doesnt have pet shop, how can i transfer my old account to a new device?

You can download another TL game that's on the list (like Farm Story) just for the transfer, then delete when it's done. Just make sure you've downloaded all TL games you play before transferring.
