Fish not adding to inventory

For several days now any fish I collect aren't being added to my inventory. Not sure if its happening with other items as well. How can I fix it?

How many do you currently have? There is a maximum of 99, and fish is used in the kitchen, in case you're cooking something at the same time as collecting more.

I have 0. I'm trying to get enough to make breaded fish. With 2 wells and 2 ponds I catch several a day but they don't show in my inventory. I see on the bug forum the same is happening to someone else with glimmer dust.

Just checking that you check your total, count how many you catch, check your total and what you've caught hasn't been added?

I caught 5 and 2 added to my inventory.
