Are diamond dragons losing those rarity?

Recently there has been a diamond baby boob. nearly everyday someone has reported the success of breed,mother outcome being a diamond.

Is diamond losing its rarity?

What are the thoughts that you have on this topic?

It sounds like it might be but its not easy to get still. I've been trying and haven't gotten one yet. (and I'm level 90.)
