Where is my gold???

I haven′t been able to receive the gold my neighbor sent me for quit a while,
I can only press the gift back button, can't accept it,
and I have no idea what's going on:-(

does anybody know how to fix the problem? Or who should I write to?

uninstall Dragon Story, then Install it again.
