Can you restart the game and create a new house?

You can't restart a game from the beginning.

You would need to transfer all your games to another device. Then you can start over.

I tried it, and everything was saved. So you can't restart the house, but you can put all your furniture in you storage and design it again. But if it is more coins or gems you need to buy an item, I don't know if there is anything you can do.
