my quest disapeared

I am playing on my phone. I had 3 hours left on my quest and its gone now. I just bought gems to assure i could finish. When i came back to my bakery to make my foor finish cooking the quest is gone now i dont get blitzen or cupid. Please help

Try restarting your device, or if it doesn't work, delete the game then reinstall it. :)
